DAN POTTS - Owner and Founder of Advanced Athlete Dan Potts is an Advanced Athlete Strength Specialist, and has been working with elite competitive athletes for 2 decades. He has worked with Olympic, Professional, and Collegiate athletes, including numerous professional baseball and NFL players, including a former #1 NFL draft pick. His expertise in sport biomechanics allows him to access the needs of every athlete, no matter what sport he or she participates in. Believing that strength and power must not only be functional, but also transferable to the field of play, Dan has developed movements using a variety of training modalities in order to give every athlete he coaches, the greatest degree of strength utilization possible. AMANDA POTTS - Trainer, Speed and Agility Specialist Amanda Potts is an expert in speed and agility development, and has seven years of athletic strength and power experience. She is a Puget Sound Area native who has been very active in the Northwest soccer scene for the past 14 years. She played for 7 years on an ECFC P1 team, as well three State ODP teams. She played varsity at Edmonds-Woodway High School all four years, making the All-Area and All-Western conference 1st teams each year. She was captain and received MVP and Coaches awards for three of those years. Amanda then attended Caroll College (Helena, MT) on scholarship where she started for the Saints and was MVP in 1999 and 2000. When not training athletes at the Advanced Athlete Training Facility, she coaches an ECFC U-14 team and Lakeside HS JV Soccer.
